Monsanto is regularly honored with awards recognizing our employees’ innovation, leadership, and workplace satisfaction. This recognition generally reflects feedback provided by our employees and others in the respective communities. We are pleased to highlight some of these awards here.    

Monsanto Named by FORTUNE Magazine as One of the World’s Most Admired Companies. For the fourth consecutive year Monsanto Company has been named one of the World’s Most Admired Companies by FORTUNE® magazine. Monsanto was honored as No. 2 in the industry sector on the 2017 list. Love Mondays, a career community that gathers assessment of companies by the employees themselves, named Monsanto as one of the top 50 companies most loved by its employees in Brazil for the second year, ranking Monsanto #9 (#20 in 2016). Our employees especially declared their satisfaction with pay and benefits, company culture and career opportunities. (January 2017)

 

WBENC's America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises 2016 The only national award honoring corporations for world-class programs that create level playing fields for women's business enterprises (WBEs) to compete for corporate contracts. Top Corporations programs offer equal access and result in a high volume of business with women's business enterprises. Monsanto’s Supplier Diversity Program was also recognized with this distinction in 2015 at the bronze level. (January 2017)

 

Digital Edge 50 Award For the second year in a row, Monsanto has been named a Digital Edge 50 award winner for 2017 for its project, Securing Our Food Supply through Modernization of Hybrid Seed Production. Only 50 organizations with highly significant projects, impressive business results and superior collaboration among stakeholders made the list. (January 2017)

 

Monsanto recognized by Human Rights Campaign as having a 100% on their 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) The Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization, rates businesses on a scale from 0 to 100 percent on best practices for LGBT workplace policies and benefits in the Corporate Equality Index (CEI) report. Monsanto also received a score of 100 percent on the CEI report in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. (December 2016)

 

Victory Media Military Friendly Employer – Silver status. Monsanto has been named a 2017 Military Friendly® Employer by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs®, STEM JobsSM and Military Spouse magazines. Monsanto earned the recognition based on its commitment to hire and recruit talented veterans and military spouses. This is our second consecutive Military Friendly Employer award. (December 2016)
