Diversity for FFA includes bringing opportunities to hundreds of thousands of members to experience new ideas, cultures and programs. Through many team-building and leadership initiatives, the FFA experience is enriched by diversity.
Monsanto is pleased to support the FFA goal to "improve the National FFA Organization’s performance as a diverse organization." Our support has involved committing trainers with special expertise in this area to work with FFA through workshops and other programs, initially enrolling the National FFA Board of Directors, National FFA Officers, National FFA staffers, and state and local leaders of agricultural education and FFA. In this way, we can share our insights in this area and promote acceptance of diversity and an understanding of its practical applications.
