For professionals who want to begin a career in agriculture, Monsanto offers internships in Technology, Animal Ag, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing/Seed Operations and Purchasing. The Monsanto Internship/Co-op Program
This program offers college students on-the-job experience through paid temporary, full-time positions. Participants gain valuable professional experience and develop an insider's understanding of how Monsanto operates. Students typically participate in the Intern Program during their summer semester break. Interns generally work forty hours per week and assignments may vary in length from 10 to 12 weeks during the summer. Students that are interested in the Co-op Program typically make a semester commitment to the position. This is generally a forty hours per week position that may vary in length from four to six months. Co-op and intern opportunities are for students who wish to explore a career at Monsanto. Program Requirements
